We’re thrilled to introduce our 2022 TV Fellowship winner, Sierra Hall, whose winning original sci-fi/fantasy teleplay, SUPERFREAK, impressed us with its inventiveness, originality and humor. In SUPERFREAK, a teen girl must navigate the pitfalls of high school while wrangling her newfound superpowers that change EVERY. SINGLE. DAY.
As this year’s TV Fellowship winner, Sierra receive free tuition and housing for this year’s retreat as well as a private advisory session at the retreat with all the mentors, who including working Hollywood agents, managers, producers, development executives, showrunners, and other pros. In addition, Sierra receives a cash prize of $1,000 and a 12-month fellowship program with two of our mentors.
Sierra loves bringing original female voices to life, blending witty dialogue with strong character choices in both TV and features. She writes comedy with strong adventure elements – fun is her jam! She’d love to work with a director like Shawn Levy someday- bigger than life situations populated with badass, highly flawed individuals.
She’s optioned and sold screenplays, currently has three scripts on the Coverfly Red list (top 1% of scripts on the site) and developed projects with artists from IDW.
Sierra grew up in So Cal, loves to travel and works doing “orphan advocacy” around the world.
She’s repped by Kersey Management.
