Only a few days left to take advantage of low entry fees for the CineStory Screenwriting Awards. The top 16 writers of each year’s CSA competition are invited to the Fall Writers’ Retreat in Idyllwild where they get 4 days of mentorship from working industry pros.

Here’s what a couple of writers said about their October ‘09 retreat experience:

‘ I had no idea what to expect, and came away extremely impressed with everything - the structure of the retreat, the quality of the mentors, and the quality of the other writers. This was one of those few experiences where the reality far exceeded my expectations in every way.’ – Louis Rosenberg, 2009 CSA Grand Prize Winner

‘The CineStory retreat is without exception the best writers’ event I’ve ever attended. I learned more about writing in those five days than I have in the past several years.’
– Joe Bright, CSA Semifinalist 09
